River’s Edge East Parking Ramp & Other Available Parking Options Near River’s Edge Convention Center

River’s Edge Convention Center is located at:
10 Fourth Avenue South
St. Cloud, MN 56301

Parking for River’s Edge Convention Center is available in the parking ramp located underneath the building (River’s Edge East Parking Ramp).  There are also metered parking stalls in the Mississippi Parking Lot located south of the Convention Center off of 4th Avenue.  Additionally there are parking stalls in the Convention Center Parking Lot located west of the Convention Center on the corner of St. Germain Street and 5th Avenue. Ramp parking is also available in the Grand Central Parking Ramp located at 400 St. Germain Street West, as well as at River’s Edge West Parking Ramp located at 25 5th Avenue North.  See the parking map (PDF) for details.

Rates include applicable sales tax.

  • Free Parking: Monday through Friday after 5:00 PM (All ramps) 
  • Free Parking: Saturday through Sunday (All ramps)
  • Free 60 Minutes of Ramp Parking for ParkMobile App users
  • Daily Parking: $1.00 per hour or fraction thereof
  • Maximum Daily Charge: $10.00
  • Special Event Parking $7.00

Coins (no paper currency), Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards are acceptable forms of payment at designated pay stations throughout the downtown area.  Parking rates at the River's Edge East Parking Ramp are enforced Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-5:00 PM. Free parking after 5:00 PM weekdays and all day Saturday-Sunday. There are two pay stations located in or near the Convention Center for your convenience.  One pay station is located in the lower level stairwell of the River's Edge East Parking Ramp.  The second pay station is located in the lobby on the first floor of the Convention Center. After completing the payment process at a pay station, a paper receipt will be issued.

Directions to River’s Edge Convention Center

From the East on Interstate 94

  1. Take I-94 to Highway 15 North.
  2. Turn right at Highway 23.
  3. Turn left at Fifth Avenue South.
  4. Turn right at First Street South.
  5. The convention center will be straight ahead on the left.

From the West on Interstate 94

  1. Take I-94 to Highway 15 North.
  2. Turn right at Highway 23.
  3. Turn left at Fifth Avenue South.
  4. Turn right at First Street South.
  5. The convention center will be straight ahead on the left.

From Highway 10

  1. Take Highway 23 West to Fourth Avenue.
  2. Turn right at Fourth Avenue.
  3. The convention center will be on the right.
